I sometimes use the ideas from Eco-Therapy style to inform some of my Psychotherapy and at times myself and clients have taken sessions outdoors or taken part in community activities.

Some outdoor eco-therapy takes place on Saturday afternoons.  This type of activity involves mild exercise with some learning about how to use and experience nature fully to benefit from natures positive effects on out well-being
