Love is...

How do they make me feel ?

It is thought that when growing up and in adult life, if a significant person like a friend, parent, partner, teacher, boss, sibling, group of people or other relative, makes you feel the following things then you will feel loved and part of something and therefore stand a better chance of growing and developing better on all levels towards the best you can be.

Each person will want or need more or less of these things (more or less needy) and we can benefit from noticing how others in our life make us feel in relation to these things.

We can choose a person to think about and ‘rate’ onHOW THEY MAKE US FEEL using percentages.

IE 75% accepted, 20% acknowledged, 98% admired and so on.

Then, consider how YOU make OTHERS feel.
