Pilates uses positions and stretches with aims to improve core strength, strengthen the body and improve general fitness and wellbeing. People also practice pilates to help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension.

With my City & Guilds Body Massage qualification I am qualified to support people with posture and balance and with additional training in Pilates, together I am able to support you to release tension, build strength and balance with pilates moves and postures.
