Monthly Psychological Wellbeing Sessions

Sometimes regular weekly sessions are not needed, especially for those who have done an amount of time in counselling or psychotherapy before, but monthly wellbeing sessions can be good and healthy for anyone to escape for a while and spend some time just for oneself.   Regular monthly drop-in sessions just to benefit our emotional and psychological health in general is quickly becoming an acceptable way to support our wellbeing.


These sessions are to reflect on the month you have had, express the stresses and general life things we have just experienced, process our current thoughts and feelings, think about the immediate or long term future and take time ro relax, enjoy and express yourself.


Self learning and awareness continues in these sessions because ideally, personal development, maturing and evolving goes on for all of us throughout our lives as we move towards being the best that we can be.


Monthly Wellbeing Sessions usually take place on a wednesday, Thursday or Friday
