Stress in the Workplace
Work place stress can come from workload, the people we work with or the pressure of work life and home life coming together and becoming unmanageable. It can also come about from bullying, unfullfillment, work place changes or demands, overload and lack of recognition.
In therapy we look at how this stress is affecting you, how it got to this point and what you can do about it meaning that you might develop new skills that are needed to make changes, create boundaries or alter what is happening for you and at work.
