PERSONAL PSYCHOTHERAPIST

Therapeutic Model

As an Integratively trained Therapist for 12 years, I am able to draw upon a wide range of the most well accepted and effective therapeutic modalities, models and interventions, often at the same time to facilitate positive change in Personal Coaching.

Using the Pluralistic approach means that I am fully transparent in the therapeutic methods, and we are involved as a working team in your process and decision making and life changes.  Together we will involve the most effective parts from well accepted therapeutic approaches with your own personal experience, skills and individuality and processing to promote your development and personal future.
